Supporting the reduction of return rates, aiming for a sustainable society
Sustainability has been one of Virtusize's most important corporate principles since the very beginning. Our services have helped to reduce the return rate, which is a challenge in the fashion retail industry, and have contributed to reducing the carbon footprint of deliveries.
We also aim to achieve a sustainable society through the promotion of a paperless office building at our head office and the use of renewable energy.
By participating in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's TOKYO Ethical initiative, we will work with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to promote ethical consumption that takes people, society, and the environment into consideration, develop products that help to realize a sustainable society and operate services that support our customers in making the right decisions.
About TOKYO Ethical
The TOKYO Ethical Action Project: commonly known as “TOKYO Ethical”, is a project to promote a social movement aimed at making ethical consumption an everyday reality. To this end, a network is being established with companies and organizations that carry out ethical consumption initiatives to bring this to as many Tokyo residents as possible. The project seeks to create a social movement to make ethical consumption an everyday activity and to create an environment that facilitates the practice of ethical consumption.
