AnotherADdress is a subscription-based fashion rental service launched by Daimaru Matsuzakaya Department Stores' in March 2021. When we looked at the reasons for returns, half of them were due to size, so we decided to introduce a size recommendation service to reduce the rate of returns due to size."
He also cited the "high affinity with brands'' and the "simple and easy-to-understand interface" as two deciding factors for choosing Virtusize among the numerous size recommendation services, adding, "The shops that have adopted Virtusize, such as malls dealing in luxury imported items from overseas and selected shops, have a high affinity with the brands developed by AnotherADdress, and the simple input line and user interface that does not get lost were also attractive. From now on, we will use Virtusize to improve our clients' lifetime value (LTV), using the size factor response rate as a KPI.”
